Excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Fit Out company The CompanyEstablished for over 50 years, we are a family run business and quality is at the very heart of what we do. We work on varied projects across many sectors including retail, hospitality and leisure for high end clients including Harrods, Qatar Airways, BA and Wagamama. We are specialists at Fit Out in UK airports with many years’ experience at Heathrow and other UK airports.We are looking for an experienced Site Manager (night working) with experience of managing full Fit Out projects in fast-moving sectors such as retail. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an airport environment.Role and responsibilities
Run the site, working to the agreed build programme and giving the Project Manager regular updates Schedule and manage day to day activities on site, managing all labour and controlling quality of workmanship Manage goods-in on site and update the Project Manager on any requirements Make sure the site complies with all H&S requirements and operatives follow H&S rules Complete all site paperwork promptly and thoroughly, including site diaries and signing in sheetsThis is an interesting and varied role where every day is different working as part of a friendly, supportive team.
