The selected candidate will be the custodian of quality, ensuring the build meets the impeccable standards expected, right through to the final handover to the client. This pivotal role demands a professional with a demonstrable history of similar project delivery, who can seamlessly orchestrate the wider management team and sub-contractors, while liaising with commercial and technical teams to achieve the project's objectives.
In recognition of the expertise and commitment required, the role commands could potentially offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, complemented by a car allowance.
