As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to members of the project team as appropriateEffectively managing any project delaysEnsuring dimensional controls are in place from the outset and are utilised accordingly.Plan, implement, and monitor site logistics.The coordination and control of the project, including staff, labour and subcontractors, from the construction phase through to completion and handover to the client.Ensuring compliance with quality control and quality management policies, processes, and procedures.Ensuring compliance with the health & safety management system.Effectively communicating with the design team to ensure the timely release of design information.Build and maintain good relations with stakeholders.Skills & ExperienceAs a Site Manager, you'll have either a construction-related degree or be from a trade background with construction management and leadership experience, hold a valid CSCS card, be SMSTS qualified, and be competent in health and safety practice with good first aid knowledge.You will have the opportunity to work with a well-established main contractor based in Tayside.
