Our client are a respected long standing, family ran contractor who specialise in converting heritage / grade listed buildings into luxury housing. The team have many within that have worked for the company for 10+ years, which is a testament to how they look after their staff.
They are seeking a Site Manager to join on a £50m scheme in Portsmouth to refurbish a historic building into 200+ units.
Requirements of Site Manager
- Demonstratable experience in pushing/driving teams
- 3+ years experience as a Site Manager on Residential schemes
- Experience on Heritage or Grade listed schemes would be greatly advantageous
- Excellent detail for Quality
- Strong adherence to H&S on site
Remuneration
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
- Car Allowance
- Pension
- Healthcare
