Site Manager

My client is looking to recruit a standalone Site Manager to run an new build modular school building project for a regional main contractor in Shaftsbury for a 4 month contract on a freelance basis.

About the Company/Client/Project:

My client is a multi-disciplined main contractor on the South Coast, specialising in projects from the following sectors:

• Housing
• Local Government
• Education
• Health
• Commercial and Retail

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Candidates must have worked for a main contractor in the past and be able to display a hands on approach and is locally based to Shaftsbury, Wiltshire

Candidates must have Enhanced DBS, SMSTS, CSCS (Managers card) and First Aid.

Candidates must be from a trades background with a solid work history as a stand-alone site manager who has a proven track record of running a project from start to finish.

15th April 2024 start for the successful applicant.
