Site Manager

As Site manager you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our construction site's, duties will include creating work schedules for your works, and allocating resources and managing the construction site and ensure all H&S protocol is followed etc. Retail Fit-out experience 2-20 weeks.

· Keeping the project on Programme

· Liaising with contractors and client

· Public safety · Keep site records

· Producing and issuing reports

Experience/Tickets:

· 5 + years of construction with a management role

· Construction knowledge

· CITB SMSTS

· CSCS

· First Aid

· Fire Marshall
