We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Regional main contractor who has been operating across the UK and Europe for several decades. This is an opportunity to work for a very well-respected main contractor who invest in their employees in order to progress your career to where you hope to be. This main contractor operate across education, health care, retail, refurbishment, heritage and industrial construction sector.

The ideal Site Manager will have worked on education and commercial projects. A Civil engineering background is desired but not essential. This Site Manager will be personable and approachable as the role includes management of other staff such as the Assistant Site Manager and Sub-contractors. The role will include managing daily activities of the appointed sub-contractors, in respect of Health and Safety and Quality and Programme. You will be leading weekly progress meetings and produce the required time line of works, ensuring the project is delivered on time and is compliant. You will therefore need to be a true number one on site. Drawing upon your main contractor background you should be able to give examples of projects you have managed as a Site Manager on education and commercial projects. The role will include working on higher education schemes ranging between �1million - �15million in the Oxford area.
