Senior Site Manager – West Midlands - Permanent

Skilled Careers are excited to be partnered on a multi million pound project in the Midlands who are the lookout for a Senior Site Manager.

The role will see you as a Senior Site Manager who has a wealth of experience work on multiple million pound high rise project looking after the internals package. 

Requirements

• Experience working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor


• Proven experience in high-rise residential construction management, with a focus on internals.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.


• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.


• Worked on a project from inception to completion


• You've oversaw and coordinated all on-site activities, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards


• Hold a Valid CSCS Card / Valid SMSTS certificate


• Full UK Driving Licence

Experience collaborating with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
