The role of Site Manager:
- Overseeing a contract based in Bangor, specifically on void properties
- Overseeing the trades operatives
- Ensuring Health and Safety is up to company standard
In order to be successful for the Site Manager role:
- Good record of Health and Safety
- SMSTS/SSSTS Qualification
- Social housing experience
- Experience with external work programmes
