Site Manager

The role of Site Manager:

• Overseeing a contract based in Bangor, specifically on void properties
• Overseeing the trades operatives
• Ensuring Health and Safety is up to company standard

In order to be successful for the Site Manager role:

• Good record of Health and Safety
• SMSTS/SSSTS Qualification
• Social housing experience
• Experience with external work programmes
