Site Manager

Due to a sustained increase of work in the Dundee area, Contract Scotland are working with a busy main contractor to source an experienced Site Manager. They boast a varied portfolio of work, operating in both the commercial and residential sectors, on projects such as student accommodation, housing, education, industrial and more.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Day-to-day site management.
• Ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining and developing site records.
• Pushing forward projects in line with budget and quality guidelines.
• Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
• Playing a key role in mentoring and training junior members on site.

To be considered for this role, you will be a driven and professional individual, with demonstrable construction management experience on new-build and refurbishment jobs within the Scottish construction industry.
