Site Manager

Job Description:

Our client is a leading environmental engineering company who provides engineering service and process technologies to the water and wastewater, utilities, food and beverage, power, and industrial process industries. 

They are looking for a Site Manager on a permanent day shift.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of the project, generally involving remediation works and other groundworks. The site manager will have control of operations, programme and resources, expected to successfully deliver projects within budget.

This role also requires regular site visits, around Leicestershire and Worcestershire, with allowance of company vehicle.

Duties & Experience:

• Manage and oversee all staff and subcontractors on site.


• Communication of daily briefings, assessments and requirements of day to day works.


• Black SM CSCS and EUSR (water hygiene) card.


• Previous experience in water treatment/civil engineering background.


• Work and liaise with multiple teams to overcome any obstacles. Ensuring site specific work is maintained to a high-quality standard.


• Manage the productivity and push project towards the completion.
