Site Manager Opportunity in Newcastle

Our esteemed M&E contractor is keen on welcoming an adept Site Manager to join them for an exciting project  This position, based in Newcastle, will see you play a pivotal role in a £2m project.

Position: Site Manager

Location: Newcastle

Contract Duration: To end of August

Start Date: 25/03/24

Hourly Rate : £27-28ph 

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.


• Rigorously manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee optimal usage.


• Uphold the highest safety and quality standards across all operations.


• Galvanize, lead, and motivate the on-site teams to achieve excellence.

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS or SSSTS with strong experience


• Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager on similar size construction projects.


• First Aid trained


• A background in M&E is desirable but build experience essential


• An unwavering commitment to upholding safety and quality benchmarks.
