My client is a leading Property contractor that due a large Manchester Projects current stages require an internals Site Manager. The Site manager they are looking for will have worked for a main building contractor or developer. My client has several multi-million-pound large residential high-rise schemes, that they are looking to strengthen their Site management teams on.
You will have worked as an internal Site Manager part of the Site management team delivering any schemes over 10million. As a Site manager you will be responsible to manage all teams of trades of labour on large fast-moving projects. Ensuring all site activity is running to the strictest health and safety standards.
As an internals site manager, you have experience working on face paced schemes, understanding following site programming. With a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing to time and to budget. You will have experience of finishing and internals on large scale construction projects.
My client has projects over £100 million, that require site managers with strong finishing experience. Those candidates with a joinery background would be of particular interest for this role, having high end finishing construction experience.
