My client is a restoration specialists' contractor. They require a site supervisor to deliver a project for them in Preston. The scheme is replacement windows and front facades on a listed building. The position with have a lot of clients facing experience so you will be a good communicator. The role requires overseeing the works being undertaken, to update the client accordingly on progress. Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards of health and safety. This would suit a stone masonry or plasterer background due to the nature of the works.
My client has a good pipeline in restoration and refurbishment works. The position requires a SMSTS qualified person.
Any candidates with listed building background or experience would be of particular interest although not essential.
