My client is a multimillion pound global supermarket retail store. With an increase in contracts for the UK they have a number store refurbishments/refreshes happening across the North West. With this in mind they are looking for a number of specialists fit out Site managers. The successful site manager will have worked on retail fit out previously, you will have spent time working within a food retail store.
You will be responsible for the site running accordingly, ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered too. The sites will run on a fast track 24 hours basis so handing back over to the evening manager with well completed paper work and site diaries. This is a fast moving project there are tight time scales and deadlines that must be followed so proven experience of this is essential.
You will be running all trades on site in a busy live site environment. With a time deadlines for store closures to follow. With this in mind you will have worked within retail as a site manager for a number of years. With proven site delivery on programmes. Those candidates with a joinery background would be advantageous. You will be full IT literate and organisation on paperwork is essential for the role.
Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to travel around the north west region.
