Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the comprehensive management of the steel frame construction project in Edinburgh
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective coordination and execution
• Implement and uphold stringent safety protocols, fostering a secure work environment
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in steel frame construction projects and ideally you will have experience working with a Tier One contractor
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and project specifications
• Commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards
