Site Manager - Stockport

We are currently working with a family owned contractor with an enviable reputation in the education, health & commercial markets. They've built strong working relationships with most of the public sector bodies in the North West and focus heavily of repeat business. We are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a demolition project near Stockport, starting on site at the end of April this will last circa 8 weeks. Due to their current & future workload there is a strong potential that this contract will be extended.
Site Manager - Requirements/Reasons to apply:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager holding their SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card.
Although this contract is for circa 8 weeks, the contractor in question has a number of schemes due to start and there is a real likelihood that this will lead to follow on works.
You'll be working with a well-established family owned business, we've worked with them for years and their a great bunch to work with.
This role is based in South Manchester so you'll need to be able to commute to and from site on a daily basis.
