With recent new business wins with multiple major clients adding to our existing portfolio of framework agreements and ongoing Major Projects, this is a particularly exciting time to join our business.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on major infrastructure projects within the Southern region. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will manage operational teams to deliver high quality projects, on time, and within budget.QualificationsExisting experience as a site managerCPCS and CSCS CardsSMSTSNRSWA Streetworks SupervisorConfined SpacesDeep Excavation / Temporary Works SupervisorEmergency First AidRoles and responsibilitiesLiaise with the client, sub-contractors and other trades. Co-ordinate all aspects of the works so that the project is completed in line with client requirements, within budget and on time.Issue Work Instructions and Risk Assessments associated with the worksPlan, co-ordinate and manage resources required to complete worksRegular monitoring of the delivery programme and progress reporting to the Project ManagerEnsure suitable levels of supervision of all sub-contractorsManage and co-ordinate the requirement for any Client specific safety documentation (e.g. Permit to Dig, Break / No break Zones, CDM documentation)Ensure installation complies with relevant For Construction Drawings and Cross sectionsEnsure site audits and reports are completed on timeEnsure weekly track sheets and diaries are completed and submitted on time.Delivery of Toolbox TalksEnsure the safety of self and others whilst workingWork well as part of a wider teamQualificationsExisting experience as a site managerCPCS and CSCS CardsSMSTSNRSWA Streetworks SupervisorConfined SpacesDeep Excavation / Temporary Works SupervisorEmergency First AidOperational Hours of Work7am - 5.30pm Monday to FridayTravel and FlexibilityYou will be based on site in the South Region and may be required to travel to alternative sites to meet the needs of the business.Working for us:We do not operate a banded salary scale and therefore offer genuinely competitive rates according to skills and experience.
