Position: Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment - FRA's and VoidsLocation: London Borough of BrentSite Manager required to manage a FRA's and Voids on a framework in Brent.The successful Site Manager will be responsible for managing FRA's and Voids reporting to a Project ManagerProject:The project is a £5 million framework in Brent. FRA works include fire doors, fire alarms, signage and fire stopping, while the Voids include full refurbishments and replacements of kithcens and bathrooms and full redecorations.Company Overview:Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the South East.Individual:The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages dealing with high rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes.Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential.PLEASE NOTEYou must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position
