Site Manager (Restaurant)

Site Manager with extensive experience within the Leisure industry predominantly within the restaurant, bars and club sub-sector.

The Site Manager will be required to oversee the full fit out of the lounge, restaurant, bar and amenity areas from 1st fix to handover. The areas are considered 5* meaning a high level of detail will be required.

Duties:

Planning, programming (Look Ahead), management of sub-contractors, monitoring packages, overseeing installation process from 1st fix, quality management & assurance, snagging, handovers, practical completions, daily diaries, health & safety on site such including inductions & RAMS review, progress reports & reporting directly to the Project Director.
