Position: Site Manager Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage petrol station installations and fit-outs from start to finish.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, including the Blue Book Design, Construction, Modification, Maintenance, and Decommissioning of Filling Stations (4th edition).
* Work closely with leading household names in the industry.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring efficiency and safety.
* Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
* Maintain clear communication with clients to address any concerns or requirements.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold our standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in site management, preferably within the petrol filling station industry.
* Familiarity with petrol station installations, fit-outs, and retail environments.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
