The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to project specifications- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and daily logsSkills:- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project stakeholdersQualifications:-"SPA" petrol forecourt passport-Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry- Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations- Familiarity with project management principles and practicesWe offer competitive compensation packages based on qualifications and experience.
