Site Manager - Nationwide

One of our clients is seeking a Site Manager to supervise modular installation projects throughout the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a permanent position. We are seeking for an individual that is capable of management and coordination of a modular build project installation projects.
Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Responsibilities:Managing the trades and ensuring quality on siteManaging the health and safety on site Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely Overseeing internal and externals works Manage the quality of completed worksConduct regular sub-contractor meetingsLiaise directly with Project Manager and other Site ManagersEnsuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards. Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.Oversee general day-to-day operations on the construction siteRequirements:Have a CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AIDMinimum 5 years experience site managementLevel 1 security check qualified - BPSS / SC clearance would be preferredIdeally with modular build project experience Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.Proficient in MS projects
