Job Title: Site Manager



Location: London (with project in Raynes Park)

Position Overview: They are currently looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee their project in Raynes Park, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and managing resources.

  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Monitor progress against the project schedule and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or concerns and take appropriate action to address them.

  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.

  • Manage and mentor site staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure their success.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in luxury residential and commercial construction projects.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
