Job Title: Site Manager - Residential Construction

Position Overview: You are a motivated and experienced Site Manager looking to oversee ambitious residential construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our developments, maintaining�high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to uphold standards of excellence in construction.

  • Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project progress, costs, and compliance.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, preferably with a PLC house builder.

  • Strong understanding of traditional construction methods and processes.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
