Site Manager Housing

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a high volume developer�for a Site Manager to join a brand new site. The site is around 180 units.

They are looking for somebody dynamic , with strong communication skills. You must be organised, realiable, focused, professional and adapt to a fast changing environment. They need somebody who is a strong leader on site who is focused on health and safety at all times.�

Responsibilities as a Site Manager include:

• Responsible for planning, organising, and delivering my section of the development, through careful management of material orders to limit waste, and appropriate allocations of trades across the plots to maximise progress.


• Driving forward on-site works to meet build programme, including careful monitoring of programmes to ensure any risks are flagged early to allow re-sequencing when needed and ensure milestones are met. Regular progress inspections and trade meetings to ensure all subcontractors are working to target dates.

Must have proven experience with working with plc housing companies. Must have SMTS , CSCS and First Aid all in date and current to be considered for the role.�
