We specialize in shop fitting, refurbishments, and restorations, delivering exceptional projects that transform spaces and exceed client expectations.Position Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement effective solutions. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on shop fitting, refurbishments, or restorations. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
