With a diverse portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we offer exciting opportunities for growth and development.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee our shop fit out projects based in Blackpool and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records of site activities.
* Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives and foster a positive working environment.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to uphold company standards.Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on shop fit out projects.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make informed decisions under pressure.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid).Benefits:
