Job Title – Site Manager (Fit Out)
Projects – Commercial & Retail Fit Out
Job Location – Northern Ireland, ROI and Mainland UK
Salary – Competitive DOE (Plus Package)
About the Company:
INFORM3 are seeking to recruit a Fit-Out Site Manager for retail and commercial projects in Northern Ireland, ROI and Mainland UK.
The successful candidate will work for a client with extensive years of experience in the industry. The client is known for their award-winning projects and their continuation in producing high quality work.
The successful candidate will be experienced in managing Fit-Out projects and various site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Project Manager.
* Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete.
* Ensure all site staff adhere to health & safety regulations.
* Motivate site staff to reach daily and weekly targets.
* Complete regular inspections regarding quality of workmanship.
* Plan and coordinate Machinery and Equipment.
* Order in materials.
* Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary.
* Attend and chair site meetings.
* Attend Site Management Meetings.
* Assist in emergency situations.
Specification:
* Fit-Out Management background.
* 4 years plus experience in a similar role.
* Preferably from a Joinery background.
* Able to manage and motivate.
* Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
* High attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skill.
* Full Driving License.
