Site Manager construction

We're currently seeking a talented Site Manager to join a reputable Tier 1 contractor based in Coalville. This company boasts an impressive turnover of around £600 million and has solidified their order book for the next couple of years, with the East Midlands region alone turning over approximately £100 million.

Key Details:

• Location: East Midlands region


• Sectors: Education, Leisure, Healthcare, MOD, High Residential


• Projects: Range from £5 million to £50 million

Role Overview:

As a Site Manager, you will be working as a number 2 on a £10 million Education project in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected contractor on diverse and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations


• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders


• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work are desirable
