Company Overview – Site Manager

Our client, a progressive, fast growing company within the construction industry are currently looking for a Site Manager to oversee the day to day running of the activities carried out on their sites based in Hertfordshire

This is an exciting time for the company and it is crucial to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running as you will have significate control over development.

You will need a solid proven track record of Site Management with Metal/Steel work experience running similar projects

Site Manager: Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations on site
• Supervise and provide guidance to site staff
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
• Prepare documents
• Ensure all materials are available
• Communicate regularly with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date
• Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions

Site Manager: Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a Site Management role with Metal/Steel Work
• Highly organised and detail orientated
• Negotiating and strong communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong work ethic
