Site Manager - Construction

We are working with a successful medium sized construction contractor that works in the building market. Their clients are key clients so each contract you deliver is often for a client they already work with. The role is for a permanent Site Manager and the opportunity has opportunity for personal growth. 

Your new role

As an experienced Site Manager you will be managing the team to help co-ordinate a key project for key clients. Your job is to develop the client and deliver their projects for them now and in the future. This will then assist the growth of the construction arm of an already successful company.

What You'll Need To Succeed

It is essential that you are an experienced Site Manager, preferably from a trades background You will have proven experience of managing complex projects in (but not limited to) Housing, Education, Historic Buildings, Indsutrial and general build markets but any other construction experience is also beneficial. You will be able to challenge stakeholders at all levels and ensure that projects are being kept on track whilst maintaining pre-existing project plans.
