They are currently seeking a talented Financial Controller to join the business to undertake a challenging but rewarding role, managing the finance function and overseeing an experienced and capable finance team.

The Role
Lead financial management functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Develop accurate and timely financial statements
Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems to ensure precise product costings and profitability analysis
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, nurturing their professional development
Business partnering to drive efficiencies and enhance financial performance
Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads
The Person
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Experience within the food or manufacturing industry is essential
Previous cost accounting experience
Ability to work within a fast paced environment and meet challenging deadlines
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders
