Site Engineer

We are seeking a permanent Site Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering contractor with offices in the north East of England.

They have been trading for over 11 years, employs over 100 direct staff and have a turnover in excess of £35 Million per annum. Their main specialism of work is roads, sewers, housing plots works groundwork packages for a number of well-known housing developers.

The ideal candidate for this role would have a minimum of 3 years setting out experience and have an HNC or higher in Civil Engineering and hold a CSCS card and valid driving license. We are specifically after an engineer that has housing infrastructure (plots, roads and sewers) that can work self-sufficiently and under their own steam. The role will entail covering the Tyne, Wear and Durham and Teesside areas and you may well be expected to set out on more than one site in a given working day hence why a driving license is a must.
