Responsibilities:

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our road construction project. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop detailed project plans, considering timelines, resources, and budget constraints.
    • Ensure the successful execution of road construction projects, meeting quality and safety standards.
  2. Site Management:

    • Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to specifications and project requirements.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow.
  3. Quality Assurance:

    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction.
    • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address any issues promptly.
  4. Health and Safety:

    • Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols on-site, promoting a culture of safety among the project team.
    • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  5. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure construction aligns with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, with a focus on road construction projects.
  • Familiarity with relevant engineering software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
