Job DescriptionOverview Carter Rolan Group are seeking a Site Director on a permanent basis to work for a well established food manufacturing business in the Birmingham area. The Site Director Manufacturing role We are seeking someone capable of leading the site independently and take accountability for the day to day and week to week running of the business.You will be a hands on leader who understands the depth of manufacturing operations and building efficiencies. You will be supporting the CEO and Managing Director managing the full operations, supply chain and distribution, Technical and various other departments. You will have full P&L responsibility, lead development of operational processes as well as implement continuous improvement throughout the business.
