Site Cover Operative

My client with various sites across Worcestershire is looking to recruit an Operative to be cover support across their various sites.

Your main base will be in Pershore but you will be paid mileage if you have to travel to the other sites in Worcester or Redditch.

Your main role will be working as a Recycling Assistant but you will be trained to become a Team Leader, a Weighbridge Operator and driving Plant Machinery where your rate of pay will vary from between �11.44 to �12.60 an hour, depending on what work is required for the day.

This role requires someone who is willing to be trained and developed on a professional level, someone who has strong communication skills, good IT skills and someone who has their own transport.

You contract will cover 45 hours per week with overtime paid at time and a half and will require you to work 5 days out of 7 so some flexibility is required
