Salary:
£50,000 - £65,000 + Package. (Salary Not Set - Negotiable Based On Relevant Experience).
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Site Agent to join our team and lead a diverse group of professionals in the delivery of our water projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely execution of your project, while adhering to budget, programme, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
Ensure strict adherence to our Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) management systems and processes.
Efficiently plan, manage, and deliver the project in alignment with our company's vision, strategy, and values.
Strategically plan all construction operations to meet required deadlines.
Promote a robust safety culture among all staff and subcontractors on the project.
Supervise and provide guidance to staff, operatives, and subcontractors.
Effectively manage and mentor junior technical site staff, supporting their development and growth.
Determine required resources (manpower, plant, equipment, subcontractors, and materials) from start to finish, considering budget constraints.
