Role: Site Agents
Location: Malvern
Salary: up to £400 a day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months + potential extension
 
We're looking for experienced Site Agents to join an established contractor on the Severn Trent Water Framework. Delivering high-profile work on the framework, the successful applicants will have extensive knowledge and experience of deep drainage works, associated temporary works, underground utilities and strong stakeholder management skills when working in a busy highway environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
-Planning, programming and resourcing.
-Health & Safety and Environmental compliance and best practice.
-Contract Budget and target programme - preparation and monitoring.
-Site Cost Control.
-Construction of the works to specified quality standards.
-Liaison with stakeholders and general public in a busy highway environment
-Compliance with contract particulars.
-Management of site staff, sub-contractors and operatives.
-Liaison with the Client's Representative, Project Manager or Supervisor.
-Efficient utilisation and use of resources in carrying out your duties.
-Maintain comprehensive records and ensure all records are archived.
-Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
-Inspection, testing, commissioning and handover.
 
Qualifications:
-Preferred engineering background HNC / HND Civil Engineering.
-CSCS -Black card (NVQ level 6) (Gold card minimum)
-SMSTS: 5 days (Must)
-First Aid : Full 3 Day Course (Must)
-NRSWA - Supervisor - (Must)
-Temporary Works Co-ordinator (Must)
-Confined Space Training - (Advantage)
-Lifting Appointed persons (Advantage)
-Practicable Environmental Management - (Advantage)
