Tim Smith DescriptionFreelance (OUTSIDE IR35) - Site Agent / Civils Site Manager Aldon Rd, Poulton Ind Estate, Blackpool FY6 8DU - for the PCSite Agent - working for the Civils Principle contractor with a very well know and trusted subbie reporting inSite Agent SMSTS and First Aid -Currently looking to recruit a Site Agent working for the Main Contractor, 3 months left and at this stage its mostly baby sitting the job through to completion then starting a new job with them of the back of this oneScope of works - the package will be subcontracted to a team that has worked on several of these jobs before and know what they are doing so you will be mostly keeping a eye on Programme, H&S QA. The package is a RC pad foundation, Grouting, Gullies, drainage, ducting, kerbing external works, there is a very good subcontractor reporting in on that site for H&S reasons so need at First Aid and SMSTS - New gas powered generator plugged into substation - civils Aldon Rd, Poulton Ind Estate, Blackpool FY6 8DU onlyRoles and ResponsibilitiesReporting to visiting Contracts ManagerManaging all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment AspectsManaging and updating programme of worksClose liaison with subbie (they are know and trusted and good!!!!)MaterialsKeeping accurate daily recordsTHE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A SMSTS and First Aid
