Tim Smith DescriptionFreelance (OUTSIDE IR35) 25 weeks - Site Agent / Site Manager Bolton- for the PCSite Agent -Minerva Rd, Farnworth, Bolton BL4 0JR working for the Principle contractor with a very well know and trusted subbie reporting in Site Agent SMSTS and First Aid -Currently looking to recruit a Site Agent working for the Main ContractorHappy for LTD company as outside IR35 or Soletrader CISScope of works - the package will be subcontracted to a team that has worked on several of these jobs before and know what they are doing so you will be mostly keeping a eye on Programme, H&S QA. The package is a RC pad foundation, Grouting, Gullies, drainage, ducting, kerbing external works, there is a very good subcontractor reporting in on that site for H&S reasons so need at First Aid and SMSTS - Gas Generator SiteRoles and ResponsibilitiesReporting to visiting Contracts ManagerManaging all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment AspectsManaging and updating programme of worksClose liaison with subbie (they are know and trusted and good!!!!)MaterialsKeeping accurate daily recordsTHE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A SMSTS and First Aid
