Role: Site Agent - Civil Site Manager - Water

Project: Sewer Diversions

Start: ASAP
Site Agent required in Newport immediate start.
Diversion of a 900mm Dia. storm water pipe on industrial site being redeveloped for Microsoft. Pipe length 340m with 5 nr. 1800mm chambers, including backfilling and reinstatement.
As an established Regional Civil Engineering Contractor specialising in Water Infrastructure, Highways and Structures schemes . With continued success they are actively looking to recruit a Civils Site Agents to work on a water treatment CSO tanks Ricing mains etc from new builds to upgrades -
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality control requirements are met

• Promote a health & safety awareness on site

• Ensure engineering drawings/specifications are accurate and resolve any conflicts

• Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments completed for all aspects of works

• Manage commercial issues for elements of the works

• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications/Background:

• Preferred engineering background HNC / HND Civil Engineering.

First Aid

• SMSTS

• CSCS -Black card (NVQ level 6) _ Ideally but not essential
