CJc Recruit are currently on the search for a a Site Administrator on behalf of our large client in the Peterhead area.�





Responsibilities:




  • Populating the job scope sheets and send these to the relevant contact in an efficient and timely manner

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the company HSEQ management system and undertake duties in accordance with these.

  • Answering incoming calls and forwarding calls to relevant staff members.

  • Liaising with all levels of staff from management to site personnel in an efficient manner.

  • Complete site documentation checklist files for all projects, files would be produced accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and submitted to relevant Site Supervisors.

  • Updating and maintaining electronic files and documents.

  • Raising accurate material requisition from quotations





Requirements:




  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems e.g. Fusion, 4 Projects etc

  • Relevant qualifications�

  • Experiance in mincrosoft packages
