Position: Site Administrator



Site Based: Capital Park, Cambridge, CB21



Duration: December 2025



Client:



Our client is an award winning main contractor; 3x “Queens Award winner for Sustainability” and the “Times Top 50 employer for women in construction.” We are looking for a Site Administrator to be based on a refurbishment scheme in CB21, Cambridge. 



Candidate:



The successful candidate will provide a full range of administrative support on site to include the control of documents as pertaining to the project ensuring precise compliance with Company procedure.



The PA will be reporting to the Senior team. The PA position is a very important role in the business, providing PA and administration support to those who work at Operations Team level.



Site Administrator Responsibilities:




  • You will be the first point of contact from our visitors, so will need to do the “meet and greet” role, offer refreshments and advise the team of their arrival.

  • Arranging meetings, meeting room bookings and refreshments.

  • Support the senior management team with draft PowerPoint and other similar presentations for meetings with clients and consultants.  

  • Undertake day to day typing, photocopying / scanning, binding documents and printing and laminating.  

  • Preparation for meetings and typing minutes

  • Administration of time and attendance including management of the clocking system and the collection and processing of daily and weekly timesheets.

  • Manage and maintain the electronic holiday system,  

  • Help to keep the office and meeting rooms tidy throughout the day.

  • Manage the meeting rooms.

  • Support the document controller

  • General admin support as required.
