Are you an organized and efficient individual looking for a rewarding opportunity in the construction industry? We have a fantastic opening for a Site Administrator to join our team and make an impact on our construction site starting ASAP for a 4-month contract.

Position: Site Administrator Duration: 4 months (ASAP start) Salary: �10.50 per hour + Holiday Pay (Increasing in April)

Responsibilities: As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our construction site. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all essential documents related to the construction site, including permits, drawings, schedules, and contracts.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately input data into our systems, maintaining updated records of project progress, materials, and personnel.

Communication: Facilitate effective communication between various departments, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring the timely exchange of information.

Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and site inspections to ensure projects stay on track.

Health and Safety Compliance: Support the implementation of health and safety procedures, ensuring all workers adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
Site Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure the smooth execution of construction activities.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily accessible.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic construction environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player: A collaborative and cooperative attitude, working well with others to achieve common goals.

Working Hours: The Site Administrator role is a full-time position, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Benefits: In addition to the competitive hourly rate of �10.50, the selected candidate will be entitled to holiday pay. Increase in hourly wage in April.
