We have an exciting opportunity for an Site Acquisitions Manager to join our growing team at PoGo. This is a very exciting new role within the business and would suit someone who has previous new business development & direct sales experience. This role will work closely with the Head of Site Acquisition - Investments, to develop, target and achieve a sustainable site development pipeline. This role will be remote working with travel to site/customers and our office space located in London.Key ResponsibilitiesTo secure sites for PoGo to an agreed annual target, through identification, targeting and conversion into contracted sites (signed Heads of Terms; agreed site designs and Point of Connection applications).To build and maintain a pipeline of new investment sites across agreed customer segmentsNetworking to promote the PoGo proposition, participating in events and building a professional social media presenceAdvising customers on best fit solutions, preparing cost builds, compelling proposals and bids and managing the deal process through to conversionTo complete any associated deal proposals and tenders, aligned with the Bid Management team as appropriate.To use SalesForce CRM system to accurately build, report and track forecast pipeline to targetTo build collaborative teamworking relationships with the commercial and projects teamsActively generate a healthy pipeline to deliver to an agreed personal targetDevelop compelling, winning bids and customer proposals, with support from Bid Management, Product, Technical and Delivery teamsFollow established deal/bid processes for opportunity review, bid/proposal development and approval and project handoverBuild and maintain industry knowledge and promote the PoGo proposition, participating in events and building a professional social media presenceYour ProfileExtensive experience in a mobility/retail/hospitality based industry (e.g. parking, EV Charging, restaurant/drive-thru franchising) is highly desiredSenior sales experience is highly desiredSelf-motivated, ambitious, target focussed deal approachConsultative solution deal skills, strong customer objective handling and solution alignment (with co-operation of commercial and operational teams)Strong relationship management, personal influencing & communication skills (both internal and external relationships at all organisational levels)Well organised and structured deal approach, able to build detailed opportunity reviews and proposalsAble to work under pressure and make important decisions and abide by themAbility to generate and deliver a presentation in line with your target audience and associated agendaEnsure that all activities are conducted within our Health and safety and Environmental policiesAbility to meet company standards as set forth in the Employee HandbookSkills or experience with personal computers, including: Sale Force CRM, email, personal scheduling, word processing and electronic spreadsheet skillsAttention to detail with strong administration and co-ordination skillsAs well as providing a competitive salary and benefits package, we actively run employee opinion surveys as part of our drive to provide a comfortable and supportive working environment.
