Site Acquisition Manager - Commercial Surveyor - Remote Opportunity - London HQ - EV Charging - Up to £80k OTE
My client is expanding their dynamic team in the rapidly growing EV Charging sector and searching for a Chartered Commercial Surveyor with a background in Land Acquisition Management, ideally located
North and Midlands regions of the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential property acquisitions aligning with our development strategies.
Site Identification: Source and evaluate various commercial properties and development land, considering key factors like location, zoning, and demographics.
Negotiations: Lead negotiations with property owners, agents, and stakeholders to secure favourable terms.
Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence processes, working with legal and technical teams to mitigate risks.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with property owners and local authorities to facilitate successful deals.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to execution.
Qualifications:
Qualified commercial surveyor with 1- 5 years PQE
Proven experience as a Property Acquisition Manager or a similar role within the real estate or property development sector, with experience in commercial agency or roadside team roles.
1-5 years of experience in real estate, property development or land acquisition.
Knowledge of the UK property market and planning regulations.
Strong business acumen to assess site viability for freehold and leasehold opportunities.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of deal closures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or related field, MRICS accreditation preferred.
