Sister/Charge Nurse - Respiratory/Gastroenterology

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Senior Nursing Team on Ward N2. The ward is made up entirely of single patient rooms and primarily cares for patients with respiratory or gastroenterology conditions. You will inspire the team to deliver an exceptional level of nursing care to our patients and drive and support change. We require a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent standards of care, has leadership skills, and is driven to make a difference to our patient's experience of healthcare and how it is delivered. A calm, diplomatic and caring approach is necessary and you must have the ability to deal with the varied and challenging demands of this role. You must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure, work within a large multi-disciplinary team and ensure the trust values are incorporated in to practice at all times. 1 Permanent post and 1 6 month Fixed Term/Secondment post available. Our nursing staff and wider MDT work collaboratively to provide outstanding care for our patients. To assist the Ward Manager in the running of the ward and coordinating the MDT to ensure delivery of safe, efficient and effective patient care.
