.Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are looking to hear from interim lawyers with experience in commercial contracts, to support one of the firms leading asset management clients, for an engagement lasting up to six months.
This role would suit an experienced lawyer with a background in financial services, who has substantial experience advising on a wide range of commercial contracts to include, market data agreements, software and IT agreements and facilities management contracts. This opportunity offers flexibility to work remotely.Person specification:You are a qualified lawyer with training from a top tier practice.You have strong commercial contract experience.
