Showroom Sales Manager
A Mid-Suffolk based plumbers merchants are looking for a Showroom Sales Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
As a Showroom Sales Manager, you understand that creating the perfect bathroom requires trust, creativity, and the ability to bring ideas to life. In this role, you will seize every sales opportunity, guiding customers towards the ideal solutions for their dream bathrooms. Building quick rapport and fostering trusted relationships will be your specialties, ensuring that you consistently fulfil promises to customers and exceed their expectations.

Your responsibilities encompass:

  • Cultivating a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, fostering repeat business.
  • Managing the entire sales process with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing their desires and needs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
  • Elevating the visibility of the showroom in the local community through creative marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously improving the showroom experience to anticipate and surpass customer needs.

While previous sales experience in a similar environment is beneficial, you believe that a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence are paramount.

Your skills and competencies include:

  • Experience as a Showroom Manager or a senior role similar
  • Proactive sales approach, with a focus on winning and nurturing new business
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and fostering true partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-confidence and motivation to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to analyze basic financial and statistical information

The working hours are 7.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 8am-12pm with a day off during the week.
